Description
Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych z terenu Gminy Dębno oraz z Punktu Selektywnej zbiórki Odpadów zlokalizowanego na działce nr 452/2 w Woli Dębińskiej (dalej PSZOK) w sposób zapewniający osiągnięcie odpowiednich poziomów recyklingu i zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 13 września 1996 r. o utrzymaniu czystości i porządku w gminach (t.j. Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 733), rozporządzeniami wykonawczymi do ww. ustawy oraz obowiązującą w okresie realizacji umowy uchwałą w sprawie regulaminu utrzymania czystości i porządku na terenie gminy Dębno. Szczegółowy opis oraz sposób realizacji zamówienia zawiera OPZ, stanowiący Załącznik nr 12 do SWZ oraz wzór umowy stanowiący załącznik nr 11 do SWZ.
