Description
Tieto prípravné trhové konzultácie (ďalej len „PTK“) sú vyhlasované pre neobmedzený počet hospodárskych subjektov, pričom sa vzťahujú k plánovanému verejnému obstarávaniu, ktorého predmetom bude vypracovania a dodania štúdie uskutočniteľnosti (ďalej len „ŠU“) pre modernizáciu železničnej trate na predmet zákazky „Kysak (mimo) – Prešov – Lipany – Plaveč – Plaveč štátna hranica Slovenská republika/Poľská republika“. Návrh opisu predmetu zákazky, ktorý bude predmetom prípravných trhových konzultácií je uvedený v Prílohe č. 1 Oznámenia o začatí prípravných trhových konzultáciach. ŠU bude vypracovaná v súlade s Rámcom na hodnotenie verejných investičných projektov v Slovenskej republike, Metodickým usmernením Ministerstva financií SR č. MF/020541/2019-2974 o postupe pri príprave investícií a koncesií podliehajúcich hodnoteniu Ministerstvom financií SR, Metodickým rámcom pre vypracovanie štúdie uskutočniteľnosti (v aktuálne platnom znení ku dňu spracovania ŠU), Metodickou príručkou k…
