Description
Predmet javnega naročila je izvajanje storitev vzdrževanja javnih zelenih površin TŠC Trate, mestnega parka, pasjega parka in Negovskega jezera, vzdrževanje robotskih kosilnic ter izvajanje storitev čiščenja objektov Stadion, telovadnice Partizan, Večnamenske športne dvorane ob OŠ Gornja Radgona in javnih sanitarij na Trgu svobode. V okviru predmetnega javnega naročila gre za pridržano javno naročilo skladno z 31. členom ZJN-3. Javno naročilo se oddaja za obdobje štirih (4) let od datuma sklenitve pogodbe. Izvedba storitev se mora izvajati ob upoštevanju zahtev veljavne Uredbe o zelenem javnem naročanju (Uradni list RS, št. 51/17, 64/19, 121/21, 132/23 in 43/25).
