El presente acuerdo marco tiene por objeto fijar las normas de referencia de los contratos basados que se formalicen durante su vigencia para la ejecución de obras en edificaciones de centros educativos, edificios municipales, centros deportivos municipales (CDM) e instalaciones deportivas básicas (IDB), así como en los espacios libres de parcela y zonas verdes vinculados a dichas edificaciones, en las zonas verdes, vías y demás espacios de uso público cuya competencia corresponda al Distrito, siempre que estén destinados al funcionamiento operativo de los servicios y/o al uso público.
