L'architecte est chargé de la conception architecturale de l'entrepôt, y compris les espaces de bureaux et les infrastructures, ainsi que des aménagements extérieurs adjacents, de l'accès de livraison, de la desserte et du raccordement au site de l'atelier existant, ainsi que de l'intégration dans l'infrastructure existante et le réseau de services. Le mandat comprend les phases suivantes, conformément à l’art. 3.2 du Règlement SIA 102/2020 : § 31 – Avant-projet § 32 – Projet de construction § 33 – Procédure d’autorisation / projet soumis à l’enquête publique § 41 – Appel d’offres, comparaison des offres, proposition d’attribution § 51 – Projet d’exécution § 52 – Exécution § 53 – Mise en service, clôture
