Les ouvrages d’art de la filiale de Winterthour situés dans les périmètres d’inspection 1, 2 et 4 (périmètre partiel) de l’Office fédéral des routes (OFROU) doivent faire l’objet d’inspections principales de mars 2027 à fin août 2029, et les données d’inspection doivent être saisies sur place. Le présent appel d’offres porte sur 1319 ouvrages d’art, dont 146 systèmes d’évacuation des eaux. Les inspections des séparateurs d’huile dépendent des échéances fixées par les unités territoriales et devraient avoir lieu entre avril et le milieu de l’année. Sont considérés comme ouvrages d’art : ponts (y c. passages supérieurs et inférieurs), galeries, tunnels, passages, ouvrages de soutènement, ouvrages de protection, parois et remblais antibruit, systèmes d’évacuation des eaux. Les inspections sont accompagnées par un expert en ponts externe. Celui-ci est sélectionné et mandaté séparément par l’OFROU. Lors d’une réunion préliminaire, l’expert en ponts fournira aux inspecteurs des informations…
