Description
La route nationale N08, comprise dans le tronçon d’entretien 52 entre Spiez et Interlaken-Ouest, doit faire l’objet d’une réfection dans le cadre d’un projet de maintenance (EP) conformément au plan d’entretien des routes nationales (UplaNS). Ce tronçon comprend les tunnels de Leimern et de Leissigen, ainsi qu’un tracé à ciel ouvert comptant divers ouvrages d’art (murs de soutènement, ponts, passages de ruisseaux, etc.) et des installations EES. À ce jour, le concept global de maintenance et le concept d’intervention ont été élaborés, et le projet définitif a été mis à l’enquête publique. L’autorisation est attendue à l’automne 2026. Le présent mandat porte sur les prestations d’auteur du projet Environnement, suivi environnemental de la phase de réalisation (SER) pour les étapes suivantes compris : - Projet d’intervention / projet de détail (SIA 32) - Appels d’offres, évaluations, propositions d’adjudication (SIA 41) - Exécution (SIA 51 et 52) - Mise en service, achèvement (SIA 53)…
