This Preliminary Market Engagement Notice (PMEN) UK2 is published to inform the market of NHS Humber and North Yorkshire ICB's ("the Contracting Authority") proposed intention to procure a service that will provide early intervention support to help people start, stay in, or return to work where health conditions are affecting their ability to work in the HNYICB area. The service is to provide a single, accessible entry point into the WorkWell programme across Humber and North Yorkshire. To deliver holistic, person-centred work and health coaching to individuals whose health is affecting their employment or ability to work. The programme should support participants to remain in employment, return to work following illness or health-related absence, sustain employment and improve long-term work outcomes.
