Description
Gegenstand des Vertrages ist die gesetzeskonforme Behandlung sowie der gesetzeskonforme Transport von gemischten Siedlungsabfällen aus dem Bezirk Braunau ab 01.01.2027. Der Vertrag wird zunächst befristet bis zum Ablauf des 31.12.2032 abgeschlossen. Der Auftraggeber ist durch einseitige Erklärung berechtigt, den Vertrag einmalig um 2 Jahre und danach ein weiteres Mal um 1,5 Jahre zu verlängern, sodass sich eine maximale Vertragslaufzeit bis zum Ablauf des 30.06.2036 (insgesamt 9,5 Jahre) ergeben kann. Die Gesamtgrößenordnung ergibt sich insbesondere aus der Leistungsbeschreibung (Beilage ./1).
