Københavns Kommune ønsker at bygge to nye daginstitutioner på hver 5 grupper på Svanemølleholm Øst i Nordhavn på en fælles matrikel. Den ene skal bygges som CO2e-neutral daginstitution og den anden skal opfylde kravene til lavemissionsklassen i BR 18. Kravene for de to daginstitutioner er dermed forskellige, men opgaven forudsætter, at der identificeres potentialer for synergier i både projektering, udførelse og drift. Kravene om lavt klimaaftryk forventes overholdt uden at gå på kompromis med kommunens målsætning om velfungerende, driftsbare institutioner, der opfylder brugernes pædagogiske behov både nu og i fremtiden. Opgaven omfatter arkitekt-, landskabsarkitekt- og ingeniørrådgivning i samtlige faser fra idéoplæg til 1 års eftersyn.
