Tervia Logistiikka Oy hankkii puhelin- ja asiakaspalvelujärjestelmäkokonaisuuden, joka muodostuu konsernin puheliittymistä, puhelinvaihdejärjestelmästä sekä chat -ja puhelinbotista. Lisätietoja hankinnan kohteesta on tarjouspyynnön liitteellä "Hankinnan kuvaus". Hankintamenettelynä käytetään hankintalain (1397/2016) 36 §:ssä tarkoitettua kilpailullista neuvottelumenettelyä. Hankinta-asiakirjoissa puhutaan myös neuvottelumenettelystä, ja sillä tarkoitetaan samaa asiaa. Tervia Logistiikka Oy kutsuu tällä osallistumispyynnöllä hankinnasta kiinnostuneita ehdokkaita jättämään osallistumishakemuksen kilpailulliseen neuvottelumenettelyyn. Hankintaprosessissa käytettävä kieli on suomi.
