Description
la concession comprendra : - l'exploitation, l'entretien et la maintenance, le gros entretien et le renouvellement des installations de façon à assurer leur bon fonctionnement ; - la gestion par le concessionnaire, et à ses frais et risques, du service et des relations avec les usagers. La rémunération du concessionnaire proviendra de l'exploitation du service.
