Description
Der Landkreis Landsberg am Lech verfolgt mit dieser Ausschreibung das Ziel, das Konzept des Landkreises zur Abholung und Verwertung von Elektroaltgeräten umzusetzen. Dieses Konzept sieht vor, dass der Landkreis Landsberg am Lech als öffentlich-rechtlicher Entsorgungsträger (örE) ein eigenes, flächendeckendes Sammelsystem für Elektroaltgeräte anbietet. Die damit verbundenen Aufgaben vergibt er durch diesen Auftrag im Rahmen seiner Zuständigkeiten gemäß § 22 KrWG an einen Dritten. Die vorliegende Ausschreibung soll zur Neuvergabe der Containergestellung, Abholung und des Transports sowie der Verwertung von Elektroaltgeräten der Sammelgruppen 4 und 5 führen.
