Avviso preliminare circa l'intendimento di acquisire il servizio di supporto e manutenzione delle licenze software Oracle già in uso presso Consob per il biennio 2027-2028 da Oracle Italia s.r.l. a socio unico con procedura negoziata senza pubblicazione di bando, ai sensi dell'art. 76, comma 2, lett. b) n. 3 del d.lgs. 36/2023. Tale servizio è indispensabile per garantire il funzionamento dei sistemi informativi dell'Istituto e, a quanto risulta, è distribuito in esclusiva dalla Oracle Italia s.r.l. a socio unico. L'importo stimato dell'iniziativa per il biennio è di circa 620.000 euro (IVA esclusa)
