Description
Gemeente Deventer sluit als penvoerder namens Regio Midden-IJssel (gemeenten Deventer, Lochem, Olst-Wijhe, Raalte en Zutphen) raamovereenkomsten voor Wmo Beschermd Wonen. Het betreft tijdelijk verblijf met 24-uurs nabijheid, toezicht en begeleiding voor inwoners vanaf 18 jaar met psychische, psychosociale, cognitieve, verstandelijke en/of verslavingsproblematiek die tijdelijk niet zelfstandig kunnen wonen. De opdracht is verdeeld in twee percelen: Perceel 1 Beschermd Wonen en Perceel 2 Beschermd Wonen met specifiek verslavingsgericht woonmilieu. De tarieven worden door de aanbestedende dienst vastgesteld; gunning vindt plaats op kwaliteit. De raamovereenkomsten gaan in op 1 januari 2028 en lopen tot en met 31 december 2031, met een optie tot verlenging van twee maal twee jaar.
