Description
De overeenkomst bestaat uit het werkend opleveren en vervolgens ter beschikking stellen van één UCaaS / CCaaS oplossing, inclusief onderhoud en ondersteuning (vanaf nu “de ICT prestatie” ge-noemd).De overeenkomst wordt aangegaan voor een periode van minimaal 4 jaar plus de implementatie-fase. De overeenkomst kan daarna nog 3 keer eenzijdig vanuit de opdrachtgever verlengd worden voor een periode van telkens maximaal 2 jaar. Daarbij wordt er aansluitend een transitie verlenging van 12 maanden opgenomen. Tijdens deze transitie verlening geldt een opzegtermijn van 1 maand. Opzeggingen kunnen hierbij per 1e en 15e van de maand worden gedaan. De ingangsdatum van de overeenkomst ligt naar verwachting in Q1 2027.
