Trondheim kommune, ved Bydrift (avdeling Veg, og Idrett, park og skog), forbereder en ny rammeavtale for innleie av lastebil med sjåfør. Behovet omfatter i hovedsak 3- og 4-akslede biler, semitrailere og biler med tilhenger for anleggs- og tippkjøring (primært bortkjøring av snø og transport av strøsand). Trondheim kommune har et strategisk mål om at kjøretøy i kommunens tjenester skal være utslippsfrie fra 01.01.2027.
