Description
The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency [FMA] informs all tenderers who have answered previous RFI's in the procurement 2025041255 (trade fair and service uniform with the accompanying articles) that the competition, in contrast to what has been previously signalled, will be announced as one combined competition without sub-areas, so that the contract requires tenders for the entire article width. The procurement is deemed time critical because the current framework agreement has expired and the need is increasing, and announcements can be expected soon after the hearing. As part of preparatory market surveys in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations § 12-1, a provisional requirement specification will be sent at a hearing, together with a RFI where tenderers can voluntarily challenge the requirements, especially as regards older uniforms, comfort, durability, price and delivery time; the input is not binding for FMA.
