1. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia określony został w umowie, której projekt stanowi załącznik do SWZ. 2. Produkty ICT, usługi ICT i procesy ICT 1) Zamawiający wymaga, aby oferowany przedmiot zamówienia, w tym produkty ICT, usługi ICT oraz procesy ICT wykorzystywane do realizacji zamówienia, zarówno jako elementy główne, jak i komponenty, elementy infrastruktury, elementy środowiska świadczenia usług lub rozwiązania towarzyszące, spełniały wymagania wynikające z obowiązujących przepisów prawa, w szczególności przepisów dotyczących cyberbezpieczeństwa. 2) Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zapewnić, aby produkty ICT, usługi ICT oraz procesy ICT wykorzystywane do realizacji zamówienia nie obejmowały: a) produktów ICT, usług ICT lub procesów ICT wskazanych w rekomendacji, o której mowa w art. 33 ust. 4 ustawy z dnia 5 lipca 2018 r. o krajowym systemie cyberbezpieczeństwa, stwierdzającej ich negatywny wpływ na podstawowy interes bezpieczeństwa państwa; b) produktu ICT, którego typ został…
