Description
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usługi polegającej na odbiorze i zagospodarowaniu odpadów komunalnych z posesji zamieszkałych jak i niezamieszkałych oraz odbiór i zagospodarowanie odpadów dostarczanych przez mieszkańców gminy do punktu PSZOK z terenu gminy Ochotnica Dolna w roku 2027. 2. Szczegółowy zakres i opis przedmiotu zamówienia wraz z wymaganiami jakościowymi dotyczącymi realizacji usługi został określony: a) opisie przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ) - Załącznik nr 1 do SWZ, b) projektowanych postanowieniach umowy (PPU) - Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. 3. Przewidywana maksymalna ilość odpadów komunalnych, jaką Wykonawca zobowiązany jest odebrać z terenu Gminy Ochotnica Wielka w okresie realizacji umowy wynosi 1.961,29 Mg.
