1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest odbieranie i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych na terenie gminy Kamionka Wielka oraz odpadów zgromadzonych w PSZOK obsługującym Gminę Kamionka Wielka, w sposób mający na celu osiągnięcie przez Zamawiającego odpowiedniego poziomu przygotowania do ponownego użycia i recyklingu odpadów komunalnych, zgodnie z zapisami ustawy z dnia 13 września 1996 r. o utrzymaniu czystości i porządku w gminach (t.j. Dz. U. z 2025 r. poz. 733 z późn. zm.) oraz zmianami tej ustawy w okresie wykonywania usługi. 2. Szczegółowy zakres przedmiotu zamówienia określony został w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia oraz wzorze umowy, stanowiących załączniki do SWZ.
