Przedmiotem niniejszego postępowania o udzielenie zamówienia publicznego jest świadczenie usługi polegającej na odbiorze wszystkich odpadów komunalnych: - od właścicieli nieruchomości położonych na obszarze miasta i gminy Końskie, na których wytwarzane są odpady, - od właścicieli nieruchomości niezamieszkałych, na jakich powstają odpady komunalne, od których odbiór odpadów komunalnych przejmie Gmina w drodze decyzji administracyjnej, - z miejsc odbioru należących do Urzędu Miasta i Gminy w Końskich. Szczegółowy wykaz miejsc odbioru odpadów komunalnych Wykonawca otrzyma w dniu zawarcia umowy. Szacunkowa łączna ilość odpadów komunalnych do odbioru to 8 631,92 Mg.
