1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług odbioru i transportu odpadów komunalnych od właścicieli nieruchomości zamieszkałych z terenu Gminy Sieroszewice oraz z Punktu Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych w okresie od 01 stycznia 2027 do 31 grudnia 2027r. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w załączniku nr 8 do SWZ OPZ 3. Wykonawca zobowiązany jest zrealizować zamówienie na zasadach i warunkach określonych odpowiednio w projekcie umowy stanowiącym załącznik nr 9 do SWZ
