Description
Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje odbiór, transport i zagospodarowanie wszystkich odpadów komunalnych wytworzonych i zebranych przez właścicieli nieruchomości objętych gminnym systemem odbioru odpadów na terenie Gminy Bobrowo oraz z Punktu Selektywnego Zbierania Odpadów Komunalnych zlokalizowanego na terenie Gminy Bobrowo, dostarczenie i ustawienie pojemników na nieruchomości oraz prowadzenie mobilnego Punktu Selektywnego Zbierania Odpadów Komunalnych. Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość udzielenia zamówienia, o którym mowa w art. 214 ust. 1 pkt. 7 Pzp polegającego na powtórzeniu podobnych usług. Zamówienie udzielone zostanie w oparciu o warunki określone w zamówieniu podstawowym. . Szczegółowy zakres przedmiotu zamówienia określa Załącznik nr 1a do SWZ oraz SWZ.
