Description
Teniendo en cuenta lo dispuesto en el Decreto 181/2017, de 17 de noviembre, del Consell, por el que se desarrolla la acción concertada para la prestación de servicios sociales en el ámbito de la Comunitat Valenciana por entidades de iniciativa social (DOGV núm. 8197 de 23.12.2017) y que, en sus artículos, desde el 37 al 39, prevé la concertación de servicios adicionales. Por su parte, el artículo 35.3 apartado b de la citada Resolución de 21 de junio de 2022, de la Vicepresidencia y Conselleria de Igualdad y Políticas Inclusivas, establece que durante el plazo de vigencia de 4 años de la convocatoria y si las necesidades del servicio lo justifican, la Dirección General de Gestión y Organización del Sistema, en adelante Dirección General de Gestión del Sistema Sociosanitaria Instituto Valenciano de Formación, Investigación y Calidad de los Servicios Sociales, podrá como órgano facultado para resolver el procedimiento de concertación, abrir un nuevo plazo de presentación de solicitudes…
