Description
Objeto del contrato: El presente contrato tiene por objeto la contratación del servicio para la DIRECCIÓN DE OBRA Y COORDINACIÓN DE SEGURIDAD Y SALUD durante la ejecución de la obra que se describe a continuación. Dada la especial dedicación necesaria para este tipo de obras, unido a la escasez de las plantillas y medíos de que se dispone, hace que sea necesaria la contratación de la Dirección de Obra y Coordinación de Seguridad y Salud que, mediante la dedicación continuada de un equipo de carácter multidisciplinar (especialistas en equipos mecánicos, equipos eléctricos, procesos de depuración, obras hidráulicas, control de calidad, seguimiento medioambiental, coordinación de seguridad y salud...), que facilite el buen fin de la obras proyectadas. De conformidad con el artículo 62 de la LCSP el Director Facultativo será designado por el Órgano de Contratación y el Coordinador de Seguridad y Salud quedará integrado en el equipo de la Dirección Facultativa, conforme a lo estipulado en…
