Ballerup Kommune vil sikre bedre rammer for idrætten i kommunen ved at opføre nye idrætsfaciliteter og udvikle Ballerup Idrætsby. Ballerup Kommune har ved bekendtgørelse nr. 455304-2026 offentliggjort en forhåndsmeddelelse om markedsdialog om udvikling af Ballerup Idrætsby og nyt idrætsanlæg. Kommunen ønsker med denne markedsdialog at undersøge mulighederne for samarbejde med investorer, virksomheder og idrætsaktører, som kan bidrage med viden, erfaring og finansiering. Markedsdialogen er tilrettelagt med to separate dialogspor, herunder virksomhedssporet. Virksomhedssporet henvender sig til lokale virksomheder, foreninger mv., der har hjemsted eller væsentlig aktivitet i Ballerup Kommune, og som har interesse i at bidrage til udviklingen af Ballerup Idrætsby eller i at benytte faciliteter, arealer eller øvrige tilbud i idrætsbyen.
