Hankinnan kohteena on ryhmämuotoinen innovaatiokyvykkyyttä, työllistymistä, yrittäjyyttä, startup-yrittäjyyttä ja alueen yritysten innovaatiokyvykkäiden osaajien saatavuutta edistävä palvelu. Palvelu on Tampereen kaupungin yleisen toimialan mukainen työllistymistä ja yrittäjyyttä tukeva palvelu. Palvelu tarkastelee samanaikaisesti sekä henkilöasiakkaan että yritysten ja muiden osaamista tai innovaatioita tarvitsevien toimijoiden näkökulmaa ja edistää näiden välistä kohtaantoa. Tavoitteena on työnhakija-asiakkaiden näkökulmasta työllistyminen, itsensä työllistäminen tai yrittäjyys, ja alueen yritysten, työnantajien ja toimeksiantajien näkökulmasta vastata osaamis- ja innovaatiotarpeisiin.
