MARKKINAVUOROPUHELU Markkinavuoropuhelun kohteena on valmistelussa oleva Uusiomateriaaliarviointi 2027-2029 Väyläviraston tarpeisiin. TAUSTAA JA TAVOITTEET Väylävirasto kilpailuttaa seuraavan asiantuntijapalveluhankinnan: Väyläviraston (jäljempänä Tilaaja) ja elinvoimakeskusten hankkeissa käytettäville uusiomateriaaleille on tehtävä teknisen soveltuvuuden arviointi. Ohjeen Uusiomateriaalien käyttö väylärakentamisessa mukaan uusiomateriaalien käyttöön Väyläviraston ja elinvoimakeskusten väylähankkeilla tarvitaan joko Väyläviraston yleinen tai hankekohtainen teknisen soveltuvuuden arviointi. Teknisen soveltuvuuden arviointi on väylähankkeen tilaajana asettama vaatimus, jonka tavoitteena on varmistua rakenteiden toimivuudesta ja materiaalien turvallisesta käytöstä. Väylävirastossa toimii uusiomateriaalien teknisen soveltuvuuden arviointeja tekevä asiantuntijaryhmä.
