Les caractéristiques des services de transports et de mobilité durable susceptibles d'être attribués à un opérateur en quasi-régie, furent, pour l'année 2025, les suivantes : - Exploitation de 35 lignes d'autobus, au moyen de 55 autobus et midibus urbains, ayant produit 1.615.000 km. - Exploitation (en sous-traitance) du service Handibus dédié aux personnes en situation de handicap, lequel a assuré 9.550 voyages et produit 53.000 km avec 3 minibus. - Exploitation du service de transport à la demande périurbain Télobus (en sous-traitance) qui a permis le transport de 1.284 clients sur, au total, près de 7.900 km. - Exploitation du service de location de vélos Périvélo (1.030 vélos en location au 31 décembre). - Exploitation (en sous-traitance) de 43 circuits de transport scolaire ayant transporté près de 1.900 élèves par jour en produisant 270.000 km. - Entretien de tous les lieux physiques dédiés à la mobilité (parkings P+R, aires de covoiturage, poteaux arrêts et abribus). - Location…
